Where are Emako solutions used?
All concrete structures, one way or another, are subject to various external influences. In addition, low-quality building materials are sometimes used in their construction. It also happens that designers or builders make mistakes. This often becomes the reason that the concrete gradually begins to deteriorate and rust appears on the reinforcement.
Damaged concrete products require urgent repair work. Today this problem is easily solved: specialists use EMACO mixtures, which allow them to eliminate damage on reinforced concrete surfaces. New technologies for producing special mixtures make it possible to get rid of cracks and thereby protect concrete buildings. Emako non-shrinkage, quickly hardening mixtures contain components intended for restoration work with concrete.
Using Emaco dry mix.
EMACO is a dry composition, the size of the aggregate in which should not exceed ten millimeters. Builders who use the concrete mixture claim that it is easy to lay and has high ductility. The product is resistant to external influences and forms good adhesion to reinforcing mesh, brick, and old concrete surfaces. The compositions have compressive strength and can withstand heavy loads. The listed characteristics, together with adhesion, make it possible to achieve maximum ease of use. In addition, the products are durable and reliable.

For casting: types of compositions
Construction product EMACO S88
The mixture is intended for restoration work with a protective layer of concrete. A distinctive feature from other compositions is the filler with a fractionation of no more than 2.5 mm and the absence of chlorides in the composition. At the time of dilution with purified water, a casting solution is formed, which does not undergo delamination during long-term operation. An ideal option for repairing reinforced concrete structures. The pouring thickness is 20 -40 mm, which greatly simplifies repair processes. The mixture is used in the following cases:
- Elimination of defects formed on reinforced concrete structures.
- Repair of bridges, ports, airfields and all surfaces subject to force loads.
- Cementing and strengthening of the foundation, load-bearing and supporting elements of the structure, floor slabs and building foundations.

- purified water;
- cement;
- polymer substances.
The building mixture is resistant to environmental influences, such as freezing and thawing cycles.
At the moment of interaction of the dry powder with the diluent, a thixotropic type solution is formed, which does not have the properties of delamination and cracking after complete hardening. It has a high adhesion level. Insensitive to negative environmental influences, such as ultraviolet rays, periods of frost and thawing cycles, chemical reagents, and high humidity. Purpose of the mixture:
- preliminary finishing of reinforced concrete;
- concrete repair work;
- leveling procedures for concrete floors and flat surfaces;
- decorative works on reinforced concrete.

Practical materials
According to the production technology of clothing storage devices, all materials must be durable and reliable. Constant high load gradually pushes the bar, which can lead to its breakage. To prevent a sad outcome, it is recommended to take a closer look at the materials for the production of floor and hanging rods:
- Chrome steel is the most common material for clothing storage devices. The raw materials are highly reliable and can withstand heavy loads for a long time. If you install the product correctly, choosing the length of the rod correctly, it will last for many years without a single scratch;
- metal alloys - used for the production of rods for commercial purposes. For example, metal fixtures are well suited for organizing the storage of theatrical costumes, and can also serve as clothing racks in a store. Such a rod will be highly durable, but the appearance will not be attractive due to the lack of coating;
- galvanized steel. The production technology makes it possible to apply a special coating to the steel material, protecting the product from wear and corrosion. A hanging place for storing ties and scarves can be made from this material.

Materials for structural repairs EMACO (Emako) and EMACO Nanocrete (Emako nanocrete)
Materials for structural repair of concrete are intended for reconstruction of the main load-bearing elements of structures, restoration of geometric dimensions and original strength characteristics of structures. EMAKO concrete mixtures are specially designed for structural repairs; they have high adhesion and no shrinkage due to the use of a complex of special additives. This allows the repair layer to work together with the structure. EMACO repair mortars are made on the basis of Portland cement with a standardized mineralogical composition, fractionated sand, modifying additives and polymer fiber. Polymer fiber prevents the appearance of shrinkage microcracks in concrete, and the cement base ensures compatibility with the material of the structure being repaired. EMACO mixtures are produced in the form of dry powder, packaged in three-layer bags of 25-30 kg. They differ in the thickness of application, the size of the aggregate, the presence of metal fiber and the method of installation - cast compositions for vibration-free pouring into formwork and thixotropic compositions for application by plastering.
The use of nanotechnology in EMACO Nanocrete compositions has made it possible to achieve increased resistance to cracking and shrinkage. These are unique fast-hardening materials with the ability to apply thick layers to vertical and ceiling surfaces.
