Delivery throughout Russia and the CIS.
Large-panel wall formwork Gamma Cascade is a domestic product that takes into account all the climatic features of the country. It is characterized by increased strength, a large number of operating cycles and the ability to withstand loads. It is used in the construction of monolithic public and commercial facilities, to create foundations, semi- and basements. It is possible to implement various design solutions by combining shields. Relatively easy installation and dismantling.
Compatible with Gamma large-panel wall formwork. Complies with GOST 52085-2003 (class 1).
Main technical characteristics
The third grade of steel.- The maximum possible pressure per 1 square meter is 90 kilopascals;
- Phosphorization of formwork or powder coating provides protection against rust and visual appeal;
- Variations in shield heights: 1.5 m, 3.3 m, 3.0 m;
- Variations in the width of the boards from 0.3 m to 1.2 m;
- The thickness of the plywood used is 0.18 m;
- The density of the plywood laminate is 220 g/sq.m;
- The average weight of the structure is 45 kg per 1 sq.m of area;
- The number of working cycles of the frame is 400;
- The number of deck operating cycles is at least 75;
- The probable deflection at the permitted load does not exceed 400;
- The speed of pouring the formed contour with concrete is not limited;
- The cost is calculated based on the selected sizes and additional parameters;
Advantages of Gamma large-panel formwork:
- High strength (steel parts are used for welding the frame);
- Strict compliance with the specified dimensions (deviations no more than 1 mm per 1 lm);
- Resistance of panels to the deforming effects of concrete pressure;
- Increased turnover (up to 400 cycles).
We provide strict product quality control at every stage of production. Although large-panel monolithic wall formwork is relatively more expensive than medium-panel and small-panel formwork, this option is the most profitable and attractive, which has led to the high popularity of our products in the construction equipment market.
Equipment
- Panels of various types for forming a concrete structure.
- Auxiliary parts (bolts, screws and nuts for screeds, locks for fastening panels).
- Auxiliary parts for installation and concreting.
The versatility of the formwork lies in the combination of its components, presented:
Linear shield "Gamma-Cascade"
Necessary for the construction of straight parts. Formed from 2 parts:
- High-strength frame made of solid-rolled steel with a thickness of 0.3 cm and a cross section of 0.12 m x 0.06 m, which has additional transverse stiffeners.
- A rectangle of 0.18 cm of birch plywood, coated on both sides with a 220 g/m2 laminate, and on the ends with a water-repellent layer that complies with GOST 3916.1-96.
The dimensions of the shield vary in width (0.30 - 1.20 m), height is 1.5 m; 3.0 m; 3.3 m.

Buttress formwork
Buttress formwork allows the construction of reinforced concrete structures in cases where it is impossible to use the opposite side of the panels.
Buttress (one-sided) formwork is used in cases where, due to the configuration of the reinforced concrete structure, it is impossible to use tie screws on the opposite side. For example, when concreting the walls of pits, tunnel walls, volumetric supporting reinforced concrete foundation structures, etc.
Buttress construction formwork is a frame made of a metal structure, which consists of: beams, one-sided (buttress beams), vertical load-bearing elements, ties, connecting strands and embedded elements. All necessary equipment for assembling formwork can be purchased from us.
Load-bearing elements of single-sided formwork
: sections of buttresses, lower section, middle and upper can be mounted on each other or on a supporting surface; the buttress head is installed only on the upper section. The formwork sections are fastened and supported on each other using a support element, mortgages and a jack.
Buttress (one-sided) beams
: ensures the alignment of the formwork panels and the transfer of stresses that arise when pouring the concrete mixture from the panels to the buttress rib. An additional beam serves to fix the lower end of the buttress rib to the embedded anchors.
Horizontal and vertical connections
: necessary for additional fastening of the buttress ribs, secured to the outer edge of the buttress using special hooks. The vertical brace is secured diagonally to the horizontal braces using clamps.
The process of installation and operation of buttress formwork is quite simple and consists of several stages:
- Installation of the lower tier of boards and fastening them with locks, after which the boards are supported by struts to ensure fixation.
- Installing Leveling Beams
- Installation of the lower section of the buttress. The support jack of the lower section is installed in the upper position. The corresponding strut is removed from the panels, in its place the buttress section will be installed.
- Installation of horizontal connections at the ends of the formwork sections and secured with hooks, while each section must be connected to the next section
- Installation of all subsequent sections of buttress formwork, in accordance with the above points
If you are interested in buttress formwork, please contact any of our offices for consultation and a quote.
Our prices for formwork will pleasantly surprise you! In addition, you can familiarize yourself with the conditions for renting formwork if for some reason you cannot buy or you need formwork for a short period of time. The product is compatible with large-panel wall steel and aluminum formwork from most domestic and foreign manufacturers.
It should be noted that the operation of one-sided formwork, like other types of formwork, requires compliance with safety requirements and other requirements of PPR, GOST.
The elements forming the deck walls must comply with the requirements for products of class 1-2 according to the GOST R 52085-2003 classification; structural elements near the passages must be protected by fencing devices.
No shock loads or loads exceeding those calculated according to the PPR are allowed.
During the installation and dismantling of buttress formwork structures, access to the work area by people not engaged in this work is prohibited.
In addition to these safety measures (you can see a full description of all requirements in the product passport), it is necessary to comply with the requirements of SNiP 12-03-2001 (Labor safety in construction. Part 1. General requirements), and SNiP 12-04-2002 (Labor safety in construction. Part 2. Construction production).

Climbing formwork
Climbing formwork based on EUROMONOLIT consoles is an easy-to-install, safe and convenient system that can significantly reduce the operating time of the crane when moving formwork elements. Due to the fact that when lifting formwork based on EUROMONOLIT consoles there is no need to move it away from the wall, a higher level of safety is ensured when working even in unfavorable atmospheric conditions.
Moving wall formwork together with climbing platforms makes it possible to quickly and economically formwork elevator shafts, staircases, steep end walls of buildings and structures, etc.
Climbing formwork based on EUROMONOLIT consoles, applicable in combination with any wall formwork system of the brand, is the best answer to any construction requirement.
